  3.  Exceptions:

    a) Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control;
    b) Shipment contents that are prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations.
  4.  Notification of Loss or Damage:
    Any loss or damage to shipments must be reported to us in writing within a specified timeframe, as outlined in our claims procedure. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the denial of a claim.
  5.  Claims Procedure:
    In the event of loss, damage, or delay, you must follow our claims procedure, providing all necessary documentation, evidence, and supporting information to substantiate your claim. Claims will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable laws.
  6.  Insurance Coverage:
    It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for your shipments. We recommend that you secure insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transportation.
  7.  Limitation Period:
    Any legal action or claim against our shipping company arising from the transportation of shipments must be initiated within a specified limitation period, as prescribed by applicable laws or agreements.


By utilizing our shipping services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Liability Policy, including its limitations and exclusions. It is recommended that you review this policy carefully before engaging in any shipment activities.
